OOM: Leaving Coruscant p1

 It is a rainy day down in the lower levels of Coruscant and Asajj is currently eating at a corner vendor. She sat thinking of several things, most notably how she was going to get off Coruscant now that she no longer had her helmet (her face being quite well know, which was also why she was wearing a cloak with the hood pulled up) and how she was going to get weapons; not blasters, though blasters would be a simple matter to arrange. No, she wanted proper weapons like her lightsabers. Blasters were far to easy a weapon to use. She needed a challenge.

She paused in her thoughts as someone took a seat beside her, someone she knew.

"Just because I helped you once does not make us friends, little padawan." She said without turning, knowing the descriptor was likely barbed.

Ahsoka flinched just a little at her old title. She had accepted her decision, that life in the Jedi Temple was over for her, but it still was a hard reality to face.

"Are you for hire? I want to get off Coruscant."

[darksister]

Disbelieving her ears, Asajj turned to face Ahsoka.

"Why would I ever agree to work with you again? The last time I did that I was attacked twice by Jedi. Go find someone else to help you, I'm sure you still have friends in the Temple or Senate."

[jedi_interrupted]

"I could, but then there'd be a trail to follow."

[darksister]

Dispit herself, Asajj was intrigued.

"Why little jedi, are you attempting something shady?"

[jedi_interrupted]

"No, I just don't want to be followed. I split from the Temple and I mean to keep it that way, until I decide what I am going to do."

"And just what are you still doing on Coruscant anyway? I would think you would have flown off as soon as you were able."

[darksister]

"There are complications to my leaving at the present time. I could, of course, but then I would be unable to return in the future and some bounties can only be collected here."

[jedi_interrupted]

Ahsoka is pretty sure those complications have something to do with the bounty on Asajj's head.

"What if I help you get off world? I don't have any complications holding me here."

[darksister]

Asajj thought about it for a moment or two before nodding.

"Very well, but first I want my helmet and sabers returned to me. A jedi took them and you are my best means of getting them returned."

[jedi_interrupted]

"What? How am I supposed to get those back?"

[darksister]

"That, little togruta, is not my problem." Asajj stated with a smirk and returned to her dinner.
